Required Skills and Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent, with some vocational or technical training is desired* One (1) year of experience performing simple routine technical tasks under close supervision or from detailed procedures* Basic technical skills in assembly, wiring, and soldering procedures* Ability to operate simple test equipment and accurately record test data* Proficiency in basic data entry and computation using standard formulas* Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and diagrams* Demonstrated communication skills to effectively follow instructions and report observations to engineers* Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection and documentation within the T&E process* Demonstrated commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures within the T&E environmentPreferred Skills and Qualifications* Military experience* Prior experience working in a T&E environment* Involvement in testing and troubleshooting military-grade systemsPhysical Qualifications
