Required Skills and Qualifications* BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Technical Management, or a related field from an accredited college or equivalent experience* Seven (7) years of experience as a Program Analyst* Demonstrated project coordination and management skills* Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets* Expertise in developing cost estimates and performing financial analysis* Demonstrated technical writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively* Solid understanding of test planning and reporting processes* Advanced statistical analysis skills, with the ability to perform statistical modeling and data mining* Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior-level staff* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)* Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with T&E teams* Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems within a T&E program contextPreferred Skills and Qualifications* Prior experience working in a project management or program support role within a military or government environment* Experience with specific weapons systems or T&E programsPhysical Qualifications
