Required Skills and Qualifications* Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline* Ten (10) years of experience dealing with the concept design, engineering, and T&E of weapon systems components, subsystems, and systems* Expert-level knowledge of the principles and practices of T&E methodologies and techniques* Proven project leadership and management skills* Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills* Proven ability to successfully lead projects teams within a demanding T&E environment* Demonstrated ability to manage conflict resolution and facilitate collaborative problem-solving within a T&E contextPreferred Skills and Qualifications* Experience working on complex and critical DoD related (any Service Branch), T&E projects* Experience with military T&E methodologies, Test Planning, Instrumentation planningPhysical Qualifications
* The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment* Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time* Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time* Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs. unassisted* Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the duties and responsibilities
