Required Skills and Qualifications* BA or BS in business, management, or a related discipline* 10 years of experience managing IDIQ vehicles and associated task/delivery orders* Experience developing and leading project teams, managing budgets, TO management,business management, responding to changing requirements, and continuous improvement* Experience identifying and developing a mitigation plan, and monitoring and actioning riskin a test or similar environment* Certifications in PMP, LSSBB, or EVM and experience with Total Quality Management* CMMI Level II knowledge and intermediate proficiency of Microsoft 365 tools* Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPhysical Demands and Working Conditions* The work of this position may be performed in an environmentally controlled office environment or outdoors * Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time* Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted* Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the duties and responsibilitiesTerms of Employment and Eligibility Requirements
