Required Skills and Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technically related field* 10 years of experience managing range projects similar in scope* Experience in a similar environment supporting pre- and post-launch support and range assetsustainment activities* Experience developing and monitoring risk management controls and contingency plans* Experience with launch vehicles, telemetry, radar, range control center operations, video,network, software, timing equipment, data processing, communication equipment,metrological monitoring equipment, and power sustainment capabilities* Proven leadership experience and experience working with Union employees* PMP certification* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Intermediate Microsoft 365 tools experiencePhysical Demands and Working Conditions* The work of this position may be performed in an environmentally controlled office environment or outdoors * Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time* Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted* Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the duties and responsibilitiesTerms of Employment and Eligibility Requirements
