Job Description

**Position Contingent Upon Contract Award**
TRAX is anticipating future award of the US Army Operational Test Command (OTC) Test Site as a part of the Test and Evaluation Technical Support Services (TETSS) contract located at Fort Sill, OK.

TRAX been a leader in the DoD test and evaluation industry since 1979 and brings strong leadership in providing test services to the Army Futures Command and tri-Service Program Managers to provide the innovation, depth, breadth and reach-back to address existing and emergent requirements for the TETSS contract.

Due to the critical nature of the ranges government and contractor workforce to continue uninterrupted mission support, TRAX is looking for a Scientific Programmer. This position will perform all functions related to programming, test, and data management. May perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications


*Develop system scripts to support system developement, data collection, reduction, management, analysis, and reporting. 
* Assist in configuration and maintenance of ADP connected to the LAN.
* Configure and maintain network and communications software.
* Provide input to instrumentation designers to assure that instrumentation can receive process and output the desired data products to assure stimulations, simulations and harvested data support the requirements of Operational Test.
* Provide input to Engineering Technical package. Implements and maintains database with respect to access methods, access time, batch processes, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods; includes maintenance of database dictionaries and integration of systems through database design.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics Science or Equivalent.
* Security+ certification.

* Five years ExCIS data reduction specialized experience.
* Requires Secret Clearance.

Terms of Employment and Eligibility Requirements

* Must be a U.S. Citizen.
* Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
* In compliance with the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force pursuant to the Executive Order 14042, employees working on a covered contract must have received all required vaccination dose(s) before your first day of work, or seek an exemption from vaccination as provided by law, such as an approved religious or medical/disability accommodation. Newly hired personnel must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination (this requirement is on hold at this time).
To ensure compliance with the nationwide preliminary injunction, depending on the course of ongoing litigation, TRAX will take no action to implement or enforce the COVID-19 vaccination requirement pursuant to Executive Order 14042 on requiring coronavirus vaccination for federal government contractors.  Depending on your work location, federal agencies may request information regarding vaccination status for purposes of implementing other workplace safety protocols, such as masking, physical distancing, testing, travel, and quarantine.
