Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for various contractual and operational functions, including drafting letters, conducting data analysis, generating reports and driving operational actions to closure.* Responsible for direct interface with members of the business operations team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of cost/funding status to the Government on a regular basis.* Must be a decisive multi-tasker that can proactively track and work a wide-range of contract actions, to include development of a schedule and active monitoring of tasks.* Creates, maintains, and updates program and contractual records to include awards, modifications, proposals, reports, etc.* Understand and interpret contractual requirements to advise operational team on contractual issues.* Establishes and implements contract reviews on a consistent basis to gauge progress of contracts.* Ensures subcontractors effectively carry out the original terms and specifications of the contract as negotiated.* Prepares written reports detailing the overall progress of contract fulfillment.* Briefs executive management regarding contract reviews and any associated actions taken.* May help to establish work policies and procedures.* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.* Procurement regulations knowledge a plus.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.* 2-4 years of successful experience in Contract Administration.* Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).* Ability to navigate through a professional services or government contracting system.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a top priority.* Experience with Deltek Costpoint is a plus.* Must share a commitment to maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment while simultaneously optimizing individual performance and contribution.* Experience with Government (FAR / DFAR) contracting: Fixed Price (FP), Time & Material (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and General Service Administration (GSA) type contracts.* Must have the ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time, and work independently as well as part of a Team.* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.* Must have excellent interpersonal skills to include well developed analytical, communication and presentation skills.* Ability to lead the review and analysis of RFP's, prepare compliant and complete cost/price proposals, and represent TRAX’s interests during negotiations and contract administration.* Ability to identify and mitigate contract risks as well as coordinate appropriate reviews in accordance with TRAX policy and procedures.* Travel may be required.* Has the capability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance, if needed.Physical Demands and Working Conditions
* The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment.* Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.* Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time.* Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted.* Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the duties and responsibilities.

* Must be a U.S. Citizen.* Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.* Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
