TRAX International (TRAX) anticipates the future award of the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Support Services (ATSS) contract at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) in Aberdeen, MD. TRAX has been a leader in the DoD test and evaluation industry since 1979, and brings strong leadership in providing test services to the Army Test and Evaluation Command and tri-Service Program Managers that is augmented and supplemented by a best-in-class subcontracting team to provide the innovation, depth, breadth and reach-back to address existing and emergent requirements for the ATC ATSS contract.

The Training and Staff Development Specialist / Alternate FSO Specialist works under Business Manager supervision, and is responsible for the logistics and coordination of the overall training program for a large contractor workforce at ATC. Responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks related to allocating training resources, projecting and analyzing training needs, Quality Assurance, safety and joint related tasks, and supporting any other projects as needed. Support the TRAX training program through scheduling courses, sending invitations, keeping records up to date, coordinating instructors, tracking and reporting course accomplishment through the Army Tracking Training Module (ATTM) and the Learning Management System (LMS). Responsible for providing employee new hire computer based training. Complete administrative duties such as ordering training supplies, printing and binding training materials, scheduling and ensuring training rooms are ready for training. Support and advise the management team on employees’ training needs and compliance. Responsible for performing audits, reviewing documentation, and observing activities, to determine whether sections and/or individuals are conducting business in accordance with regulations and established policies and procedures. Assist in forging collaboration between all divisions through relationship building and providing excellent support to their training needs. This position will also serve as the Alternate FSO Specialist when required. Other duties as assigned.
* Must have at least two years experience in database management (Equivalent education may be substituted at the hiring managers discretion).* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.* Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access.* Must have the ability to work on multiple computer based systems and software.* Must have advanced administrative and research skills, exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.* Must have excellent communication & presentation skills.* Must have the ability to deliver timely solutions.* Must have the ability to develop strong relationships with different levels of staff and management across the organization.* Must have the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.* Must be able to carry out duties autonomously with little direct supervision.* Must have a minimum of two years experience, including training and employee relations.* Must have a well-mannered customer service attitude.* Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.* Must be punctual, responsible, and dependable.* Must demonstrate motivation, initiative, and reliability.* Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to adjust to new or changing instructions.* Must have a demonstrated ability to follow instructions and company policy.* Must be able to deliver quality products to the customer and be responsive to their needs.* Must be safety and security conscious, complying with rules and policies.* Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently.* Must have a good command of the English language(oral & written).* Act as an Alternate FSO when required. * Knowledgeable in JPAS, e-QIP, NISPOM.* Must be able to respond to "after hour" alarms or emergencies.
