TRAX International (TRAX) anticipates the future award of the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Support Services (ATSS) contract at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) in Aberdeen, MD. TRAX has been a leader in the DoD test and evaluation industry since 1979, and brings strong leadership in providing test services to the Army Test and Evaluation Command and tri-Service Program Managers that is augmented and supplemented by a best-in-class subcontracting team to provide the innovation, depth, breadth and reach-back to address existing and emergent requirements for the ATC ATSS contract.

Assists TRAX with achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates and advising managers on qualified candidates. Independently coordinates TRAX recruiting events and assignments on an as needed basis. Organizes, coordinates, performs, and schedules upcoming recruiting events, meetings, appointments, and interviews. Performs recruiting and other HR related assignments by following established practices and procedures after receiving initial instructions and advice from the TRAX Business Office and Program Management Office. Creates and establishes new processes when necessary, and modifies outdated applications. Tracks current recruiting efforts and makes improvement recommendations. Searches databases to find and recruit qualified candidates. Provides guidance, direction, and instruction while coordinating and assisting during recruiting events. Must be able to travel to remote areas and regions to perform recruiting functions while representing TRAX in a positive and professional manner. Assists qualified candidates with job placements by matching qualified candidates with current job openings. Must have great interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate and relate with potential candidates during job fairs and recruiting events for multiple job openings. Completes tasks and assignments with little or no supervision. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission.
* Associates Degree with 3-5 years of experience in recruiting* Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Good verbal and written communication skills* Excellent organizational, planning, and priority setting skills* Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects concurrently with time sensitive deadlines* Must demonstrate flexibility when work assignments or priorities change and a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure the overall effectiveness of the HR function* Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice, to support test missions.* Must be willing to travel.* Must have dependable transportation.* Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English.* Must have a well-mannered customer service attitude.* Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.* Must professionally represent TRAX and our customer organizations while at recruiting events and meet potential candidates.* Must be competent in basic computer software (MS® Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

* Must be a U.S. Citizen.* Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.* Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.* Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.* In compliance with the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force pursuant to the Executive Order 14042, employees working on a covered contract must have received all required vaccination dose(s) before your first day of work, or seek an exemption from vaccination as provided by law, such as an approved religious or medical/disability accommodation. Newly hired personnel must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination. (This requirement is on hold at this time).
