Position Pending Contract AwardTRAX International (TRAX) is preparing a proposal for future performance of the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) Test Support Services contract in Fort Huachuca, AZ. TRAX is a large business that has supported the Department of Defense since 1979 and currently performs services for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ; Fort Hood TX; Ft Greely, AK; and in the Republic of Panama. All positions are full-time and have generous health care, 401(k) and vacation benefits. Salaries are negotiable based on specific experience and proven performance. Manages the overall technical activities of a large contractor branch/division of engineers and technicians assigned to perform technical support services related instrumentation, data collection, and information technology systems used for test and evaluation at the Electronic Proving Ground. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and application of personnel and equipment resources to meet customer test activities. Assess test plans in terms of resource and workload allocations, resolve conflicts, updating milestone schedules, and ensuring adequate and timely test support is available. Assess projected workloads, compare to available resources in terms of numbers and available skills, and confer with Army personnel on issues and need to supplement resources. Assesses the capabilities of the workforce and recommends specific training to continuously improve performance and keep pace with evolving technologies. Ensures adherence and compliance with Army and EPG regulations and procedures. Reports directly to the TRAX EPG Program Manager.
