Position Pending Contract Award
TRAX International (TRAX) is preparing a proposal for future performance of the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) Test Support Services contract in Fort Huachuca, AZ. TRAX is a large business that has supported the Department of Defense since 1979 and currently performs services for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ; Fort Hood TX; Ft Greely, AK; and in the Republic of Panama. All positions are full-time and have generous health care, 401(k) and vacation benefits. Salaries are negotiable based on specific experience and proven performance.
Responsible overall for the performance of the work on EPG. Responsible to be available during EPG normal duty hour/duty day except federal holidays or when the government facility is closed per installation commander. Manages the overall technical and administrative support activities of more than 200+ prime and subcontractor personnel in the execution of test support services located in Fort Huachuca, AZ and numerous CONUS and OCONUS temporary test locations. Serves as primary company point of contact for TRAX International with Contracting Officer, EPG Technical Director, and EPG Commanding Officers. Has authority to fully execute contract modifications, subcontracts agreements, and any purchase orders; subcontracts may exceed $2-7 M in annual value. Establishes performance standards for contract managers and leaders. Establishes minimum acceptable qualifications of engineering professionals and Subject Matter Experts. Prepares administrative and technical reports relative to contract requirements in adequate detail to ensure contractual compliance. Provides strategic oversight of major system development and instrumentation modernization efforts. Represents TRAX International as a senior executive with local and state organizations such as economic development and academic councils. Serves as primary point of contact for internal and external audit agencies. Serves as primary point of contact for resolution of non-routine personnel issues. Manages relationships with vendors and subcontract teaming partners. Oversees and supports annual operations budgeting and planning process. If an alternate PM is designated by the Contractor to serve as the PM when the PM is absent, the name of this person shall be designated in writing to the COR office. The PM or alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
