Job Description
TRAX International (TRAX) is preparing a proposal for future performance of the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Test Support Services contract in Aberdeen, MD. TRAX is a large business that has supported the Department of Defense since 1979 and currently performs services for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ; White Sands Missile Range, NM; Fort Hood TX; Ft Greely, AK; and in the Republic of Panama. Job Description/Duties

Manages the overall technical and administrative support activities of more than 800 prime and subcontractor personnel in the execution of test support services at the US Army Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD, Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). Serves as primary on-site company point of contact for TRAX, with authority to fully execute contract modifications, subcontracts agreements, and any purchase orders. Assess test plans in terms of resource and workload allocations, resolve conflicts, updating milestone schedules, and ensuring adequate and timely test support is available. Assess projected workloads, compare to available resources in terms of numbers and available skills, and confer with TRAX ATC personnel on issues and need to supplement resources. Monitor contract deliverables to ensure all contract and test requirements are met or exceeded in accordance with Government guidance and regulatory requirements. Establish, approve, and ensure compliance with all APG, ATC and Army policies and procedures. Coordinate with, and serve as a technical interface with the ATC customer (Test Officers and Test Teams) in technical meetings and conduct program analysis to provide timely and responsive test support. Meet regularly with primary Government contacts, KO and CORs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have a BS Degree and 15 years' experience with at least 5 years in research, development or test and evaluation; or a MS Degree and 9 years' experience with at least 5 years in research, development or test and evaluation.  
  • 5 years' experience leading/supervising 100 or more people in a technical environment.
