The Human Factors Analyst II will play an integral role on the TRAX team, providing data and operational support to the leadership team. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and with minimal guidance. The ability to gather and analyze information will lead to success in this position. The successful Human Factors Analyst II will be able to ensure compliance with Government contracting regulations. Experience in monitoring operations to identify issues and rectify problems will ensure success in this position.
