Position Pending Contract Award
Oversees and directs all activities involved in the logistical support area of the contract to include Government Furnished Property Control, Shipping and Receiving, the Supply System and Courier Service. Coordinates directly with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and Government Property Administrator. Assures Property Control procedures are followed and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 45. Orders all items purchased through the Government Supply System and coordinates all telephone requests. Monitors all purchases at Local Supply Store. Reports directly to the Business Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Baccalaureate with at least five (5) years of experience as a property manager on a Government contract; or equivalent years of experience with direct government or contractor supporting government contracts.
Must have experience in government contracts to include property management experience to include tracking, issuing, receiving, storage and monthly to annual inventory.
Must be proficient in using MS® Project or similar project management software.
Must be competent in basic computer software (MS® Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
